  1. Increase the number of connections

Increase the amount of connections you have, focusing on the people who have an interest with your business. Increasing your connections would be one of the easiest ways to rank higher on Google. Keep in mind that increasing your connections is one of the most important steps to rank higher.


  1. Include the right Keywords

  1. Get Endorsements

Endorsements add validity to your profile and endorse you for certain things by simply hitting the “endorse” button.

How to endorse someone on LinkedIn?

  • Firstly click on the profile of the person you would like to endorse then scroll down to the endorsement section.
  • Click on the plus sign beside the skill you would like to endorse the user for.
  • Lastly fill in the form that pops up.

Join a maximum of 50 groups, remember to only join groups that have people who are most likely to be interested in what you have to offer. You can also create your own LinkedIn group and invite people who are likely to engage. LinkedIn Groups have strong community management features which are not available on other social media platforms. Remember to be active on groups discussions, both posting and commenting.
